Uniwersytet Radomski im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego is proud to announce the organization of a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), a modern educational initiative supported by the Erasmus+. The project, named Erasmus+ Automotive Academy (EAA), is aimed at European students and teachers interested in automotive topics.
The project was initiated by Prof. Krzysztof Górski, who developed the idea in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. At that time, the initiative aimed to maintain international academic relations when traditional mobility programs were not feasible. Now, EAA has evolved into a BIP, combining online and in-person sessions, allowing participants to enhance their knowledge and skills in both virtual and practical environments.
The BIP EAA program will begin in March 2025 with online lectures delivered by a group of automotive teachers and experts from Poland, Greece, Lithuania, and Latvia. In April, a selected group of European students will meet at Wydział Mechaniczny – Uniwersytet Radomski to collaboratively explore their passion for automotive technology and gain new experiences.
The program will feature not only laboratory classes provided by the Katedra Pojazdów Samochodowych – Uniwersytet Radomski but also integration events and excursions, including a visit to the state-of-the-art MAN Bus Starachowice factory. BIP EAA is also supported by the owner of BETiS Szkolenia company, PhD Sławomir Olszowski. Applications for the program are being accepted by the Erasmus+ Coordinator at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Prof. Krzysztof Górski.
